What Our Collaborators Say About Us:

"Jonathan presented “The Missing Link to Project Success” to the PMI (Project Management Institute) of Western Australia in Feb 2023.

As the Events director for the PMI WA I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and passion Jonathan brought to the stage. My thoughts were echoed with the feedback from the WA PMI members.

In an era of Mega Projects regularly blowing budgets Jonathan gives a realistic; yet rarely discussed; account as to why this happens and what we can do about it.

His insights are poignant and relevant to many industries, not just to the engineering and construction industry. He exposes the elephant in the room with his key message that “People make Projects Happen”.

His presentation is not just thought provoking, but also comes with solutions that he has established though delivering Mega Projects himself and building the experience  to help reach successful outcomes. "

- Brad Triston, PMI WA Chapter

"Jonathan was a guest lecturer at my postgraduate Organisational Behaviour unit at Curtin University.

Jonathan spoke with great passion and conviction on the importance of human interpersonal dynamics that he demonstrates is essential for effective leadership, especially when engaging with and leading stakeholders and teams.

I especially liked how he emphasised the correlations between poor project performance with poor interpersonal skills.

Not only did he shed light on the prevalence of poor leadership and ineffective interaction on projects, but he also brought to the table a suit of insights and practices that can be adopted by any project professional, with the overall advantage of more productive project performance resulting in more successful project outcomes.

Jonathan was very articulate in dealing with challenging questions put to him by the students.  Their feedback was very complementary both on Jonathan’s knowledge and his engagement.

I look forward to having Jonathan presenting again at a future lecture."
