Module 3

CROSS CHECK & LOCK IN

We take you through the steps to accurately define achievable expectations and look beyond them.
Agreeing on problem root causes and developing the plan of action.
How to work together with senior engineers and managers, and how to stay true to yourself and negotiatie for success.

I'm Jonathan. So far, I've enjoyed an industry career of over 25 years industry experience in civil engineering project management & leadership. During that time I have attained the peak industry standards as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and registered on the National Engineering Register (NER) in the colleges of Civil Engineering, Leadership & Management. I also achieved the credentials as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Throughout out my career, my true passion has always been in working with people at all levels of the project, and finding ways to help them bring the best of themselves to work everyday in order to deliver massive value to the projects I run. This has always proven to be a hugely rewarding and fruitful experience, not just for myself, but for the people I work with.

My Mission is to transform the success of the engineering profession and the projects we work on, through the individual and collective success of engineers. This is achievable by helping engineers at all levels get beyond the technical, procedural and restrictive ways of working to become quality communicators, interpersonal technicians and transparent collaborators. In turn they will be high performers, enjoy their work more and deliver remarkable value to the projects they work on and the people they work with, whilst rapidly advancing their careers.

In turn, and through the methods I use that are aligned with humanistic and industry research, more projects will be delivered successfully as a consequence.
