About Me

I am Jonathan Haylock, a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) registered on the National Engineering Register (NER) with expertise in Civil Engineering, Leadership, and Management. Additionally, I hold the Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation.

With over 25 years of industry experience, I have worked in various roles including Client, Consultant, and Contractor on projects ranging up to $1.25 billion. This extensive experience has provided me with unique insights into both successful and underperforming projects, allowing me to understand what works and what doesn't in projects.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about human interactions and working relationships. I believe that by focusing on these aspects, we can significantly improve project outcomes. My approach is to help individuals and teams bring out the best in themselves, and foster accountability and effectiveness in themselves and others.
